Does deleting logs impact the functionality of Service Desk Manager?

No, logs can be deleted safely from Service Desk Manager.
This will not affect functionality.
Note: while deleting logs does not impact the SDM functionality, log files keep track of SDM operations and are useful for troubleshooting reason so unless it is recommended by Broadcom Support, it is not recommended to delete the log files. If some log files grow too big, they can be moved to some backup folders. If log files do need to be deleted/moved, make sure Service Desk Manager stops before the deletion/move.
