MUX Incorrect number of Fiscal Period in Per-Period Metrics carousel

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

• Login to Modern UX
• Navigate to Staff workspace or staff grid in project workspace
• Create a Per-period metrics and choose periods as Weekly 
• Choose the Start & End Period 
• Lets the data load and check the count of periods in Per-Period Metrics carousel

Expected Results: The count of Per-Period Metrics should be based on start and end period 

Actual Results: The count of Per-Period Metrics is incorrect and hence results on the grid columns its duplicating
