On-Demand Report templates can't be changed

Issue/Introduction

Hi,

I'm trying to modify an On-Demand Report Template that was created by someone else but there is no edit option or it's grayed out.  Is there a way to change this setting

Environment

Release : 21.2, 22.2

Cause

You cannot edit another user's On-Demand report

Resolution

Proxy the user and edit the report

Or copy the report and save it as the current user's own
