Issue/Introduction

Using OOTB Software Area

Create a Property with the following values:

 

Now create a ticket via Xflow using the Software Area:

                This is the output

               

 

Now do the same via Service Point:

 

The Examples text ("The answer should be in CAPS") are not being shown in the XFlow or Service Point interfaces.

Without this the user will have no idea how it is necessary to respond.
