Issue/Introduction

When navigating to Investigate > Security Technology Detections (Malicious Event) > Group By Application in the ICDm, the below error message appears in the top right:

Warning Unable to get binary details. (error code: 13020)

Cause

This issue occurs when the data you are wanting to view hasn't been ingested by the inventory database but was found in an event. You can see the event but not the details.

Resolution

Resolved in 02.2023 refresh
