Hierarchy Status Report View does not show some Status Reports

Issue/Introduction

Status Reports do not appear in the hierarchy status report view.  If you navigate to the Project and then select the Status Report to view it and go back to the Hierarchy the record then appears, whilst before it was not. The user has all the permissions.

Resolution

This issue is because the user starts seeing the newly created Status Reports. Going to each Project in MUX and then Status tab will automatically create a new draft status report.

You can illustrate the issue by following the steps: 

1. Create a new project in MUX without going to Status tab
2. Create a new Hierarchy, add this project to it. Note no Status Reports are shown.
3. Opening the same project in MUX - going to Status
4. Note a draft is created
5. Now go back to Hierarchy - open the same Hierarchy with this project

Note you now see the newly created draft. This is by design.
