UVMS Master Alerting Rule updates are not sent to Subordinate UVMS

Issue/Introduction

In the context of UVMS Master + N Subordinate UVMS, the Alerting Rules modifications (like modifying the Email recipients) are not pushed automatically to UVMS Subordinates from UVMS Master.

Expected Behavior: any modification of an alerting rule (filters, actions, activation/deactivation, creation, removal) should be pushed to the UVMS Subordinates and subsequently to the target nodes during the next synchronization
Actual Behavior: only a enable/disable or a creation of a new alerting rule pushes all the alerting rules definitions to the UVMS Subordinates

Workaround:

Disable/Enable the modified Alerting Rule to push an update of all the Alerting Rules to the UVMS Subordinates.

Solution:

The issue has been confirmed to be a bug by our Dev team.
A fix will be provided in a future version.
