https SPM test timeouts in Spectrum

Issue/Introduction

We need to monitor a URL which is accessible via browser from test host but when we run test it is failing with a timeout.

Environment

Release : 21.2

SYSTEMEdge 2.9 on Windows 2012

Cause

Earlier versions of sysEdge did not support tls 1.2

Resolution

This can be worked around  as per

check if this testhost has the correct JRE version as per the doc above.
