Risk Auth service crashes with an unmapped currency

Issue/Introduction

During risk evaluation requests with a currency other than the mapping currency, the Risk Auth service crashes due to the non-availability of the conversion rate from the base currency to the transaction currency in the database.

Below error is observed in event viewer for the service crash:
