Does exceeding CPU count trigger an alert on Management Center?

Issue/Introduction

On the proxy or the device that's been managed by the Management Center, seeing the aggregated cpu count exceeded the limit like below

        Aggregated CPU count:     130 out of 100 licensed.

Resolution

If the device exceeded the limit on the aggregate CPU count, it will not trigger a warning or notification on the Management Center. This due to the CPU count limit is not really been enforced on the device anyway.
