Recallable Reports cant be saved 14.0 Web Viewer

Issue/Introduction

Recallable reports can be viewed, but not saved. In 12.1 Web Viewer, offline reports can be viewed and saved.  Since most of our reports are only ONLINE (PERM) for 3 days, this will be an issue with using 14.0 Web Viewer.

 

 

Environment

Release : 14.0

Web Viewer

Cause

12.1 Web Viewer was configured to use EAS to retrieve offline reports. 14.0 Web Viewer was configured to use an automated, back-end task to recall offline reports.

Resolution

All the Repositories were configured to use EAS in 14.0 Web Viewer and now users can now save the reports.
