Issue/Introduction

The Work Status attribute value is not displayed in the Grid View until there is an update

Environment

Release : 16.1.0

Resolution

Ensure you are using the correct attribute in Modern.  Some customers use a custom Work Status attribute. 

API enable the custom Work Status attribute.

Using Modern > Administration > Attributes - hide out of the box Work Status attribute

When transitioning to Modern from Classic, any custom attributes need to be API enabled to be visible in the Modern UX
