Setting up the Clarity Timesheet App in Rally - page cannot be displayed

Issue/Introduction

You are configuring the Clarity Timesheet App in Rally.  When clicking on the App,  you  get a popup with "page cannot be displayed"

Release : Rally 12.1

Clarity 16.1

Resolution

To resolve this, for the PPM Host Name, enter the IDP initiated URL for clarity.

Remove the string 'https://' in front the of the URL. Rally will add it. 

The "page cannot be displayed" was because of the extra 'https://' string in the URL.
