Idea not taking default blueprint when created through MUX

Issue/Introduction

Idea not taking default blueprint and uses standard blueprint when created from Idea template. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a user-defined Idea blueprint and set it as Default. Example: Idea Blueprint labelled “Default Idea BP”
2. Create an Idea, observe the "Blueprint" field is not populated but "Blueprint Active ID" field is populated as “Default Idea BP”
3. Mark the Idea as a template

Expected result: Blueprint of idea template to be populated as “Default Idea BP” the same way it does for Project type template. 

Actual result: Blueprint of idea template is not populated.

Resolution

DE68415, is fixed in 16.1.2

Workaround: Manually adjusting the Blueprint value on the idea template.
