Spectrum is creating critical alerts even if scheduled the device in maintenance mode

Issue/Introduction

We are using CA Spectrum 20.2 (10.4.3.0) for our monitoring.

We are getting alerts for devices that should be placed in maintenance based on the assigned schedule but are not.

Environment

Release : 20.2

Cause

• Maintenance schule defect revolving around weekly\monthly schedules (2nd, 3rd Friday of the month)

Resolution

• This issue is addressed with defect DE529246.
• Spectrum 21.2.12+ will not experience this issue.
