Status Report module create setting not respected

Issue/Introduction

The Status Report grid does not respect the Blueprint module setting (disable quick create / enable create dialog) when returning from a report for the second time.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Configure the Status module with the following options in a blueprint for Project, Custom Investment...
   (Disabled) Enable Quick Create
   (Enabled) Enable Create Dialog 
2. Apply the blueprint to any instance.
3. Open the Status module for the instance. A Status Report will be displayed.
4. Click on 'Reports' to return to the Status Report grid.
5. 'New Status Report' button will be displayed in the top left corner. Quick Create (+) will not be shown.
   
6. Open the Status Report again.
7. Click on 'Reports' again.

Expected Results: 'New Status Report' button will be displayed in the top left corner. Quick Create (+) will not be shown.

Actual Results: 'New Status Report' button will not be displayed in the top left corner. Quick Create (+) will be shown.
