Cannot copy cell sideways in Staff or Financial Plans

Issue/Introduction

The ability to copy cell data from one time period to the next baby dragging the cell is not working. This happens on the Staff module and also on Cost Plans. A drag down works, but can't drag sideways.

Environment

Release : 16.1.0

Resolution

Per PM sideways drag will not copy data into the next cell.

You can still do the following:
Highlight the cell you want to copy - CTRL-C
Highlight the target cells - CTRL-V
