Issue/Introduction
You upgraded to 16.0.3 and now the Project Status Report is not showing all of the projects
Environment
Release : 16.0.3+
Cause
There was a change in the view cop_prj_statusrpt_latest_v in 16.0.3.
Resolution
This is working by design. Starting in 16.0.3, the Status Report will need to have a status of Final to be able to be seen on this report.
The Status Report should not be recognized until the status is Final because the status report may change.
