The environment is slow, how to make sure this is not caused by Action Trace set up?

Resolution
Please make sure the user you're using does not have SQL trace enabled in Administration - User - user properties - Action Tracing - should be Trace Off
Also make sure Tracing is disabled:
Go to security.logs or CSA - Logs - Edit Configuration
Ensure the Trace Jobs, Trace XOG and Trace Process Engine is disabled:
Then check the logs that nothing should be set to DEBUG or Trace. Ensure it matches Prod too. Or you can reset the logger to default values :
Backup the file $CLARITY_HOME/config/logger.xml
Replace $CLARITY_HOME/config/logger.xml with $CLARITY_HOME/.setup/templates/config/logger.xml
