Release : Any Supported Release

  1. Please make sure the user you're using does not have SQL trace enabled in Administration - User - user properties - Action Tracing - should be Trace Off
  2. Also make sure Tracing is disabled:
    • Go to security.logs or CSA - Logs - Edit Configuration
    • Ensure the Trace Jobs, Trace XOG and Trace Process Engine is disabled:
  3. Then check the logs that nothing should be set to DEBUG or Trace. Ensure it matches Prod too. Or you can reset the logger to default values :
    • Backup the file $CLARITY_HOME/config/logger.xml
    • Replace  $CLARITY_HOME/config/logger.xml with $CLARITY_HOME/.setup/templates/config/logger.xml
    • Restart the services
