Issue/Introduction
Mon_config_service probe fails to start.
Message in log file is "[main, mon_config_service] java.sql.SQLException: Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory (ORA-28040: No matching authentication protocol)
Environment
Release : 20.4
Cause
The DBA team would know better as the error is from Oracle and not from UIM.
Resolution
The DBA need to adjust the SQLNET.ALLOWED_LOGON_VERSION_SERVER setting to 12
