Servicemanager ends with buffer overflow detected error upon startup

Issue/Introduction

While starting up ServiceManager it exits with the below error 

*** buffer overflow detected ***: ./ucybsmgr terminated

Environment

Release: 12.x , 21.x 

Component: Automation Engine

Sub-Component: Servicemanager

Cause

This happens if your Servicemanager Phrase exceeds 16 characters - This is configured in the ucybsmgr.ini  - [Destination <Phrase >] (example below) 

[Destination mycustomnamenvironment]

Resolution

Solution:

Update the servicemanager Phrase to use <= 16 characters in length (example below) 

[Destination mycustomnamenvir ]
