APM 10.8 EM Server taking 25+ minutes to start

Issue/Introduction

Installed APM 10.8 on a production environment and the server startup takes over 25 minutes.

 [WARN] [main] [org.hibernate.orm.deprecation] HHH90000012: Recognized obsolete hibernate namespace http://hibernate.sourceforge.net/hibernate-configuration__;!!Az_Xe1LHMyBq19w!fjSadTyN-uwUb3D0BBK2qsRCeQViOyq0Z66tCHhSP1NtUCy7bSE76niNGB1qItXWr0s$ . Use namespace http://www.hibernate.org/dtd/hibernate-configuration__;!!Az_Xe1LHMyBq19w!fjSadTyN-uwUb3D0BBK2qsRCeQViOyq0Z66tCHhSP1NtUCy7bSE76niNGB1qtTrt8o8$  instead.  Support for obsolete DTD/XSD namespaces may be removed at any time.
