Not able to delete the applications from the portal

Issue/Introduction

When trying to delete an application from the consumer portal, an error 500 is returned. 

Environment

Release : 5.1

Resolution

Do the following steps:

- Go to Settings>Request settings menu tab
- Set "Delete Application Request Workflow" to enabled 
- Go to Settings>Request settings menu tab
- Set "Delete Application Request Workflow" to disabled
- Retry deleting the application
