CAOMWebViewer12_ear failed to start OM Web Viewer 12.1

Issue/Introduction

We have an issue on an LPAR where we can't start the Web Viewer .ear file. this was working 2 weeks ago and now the .ear file is showing stopped in the admin console and can't be started. The server log indicates the problem is occurring in IBM/WebSphere modules.

Environment

• Output Management Web Viewer 12.1
• IBM WebSphere

Cause

The was not enough file system space for WebSphere to operate.

Resolution

With IBM advice, the customer was able to start the application. IBM found a space issue in the log as seen below, once space was added, the server started.
