The customer did follow the last recommendations but this did not work. They had already done troubleshooting with v 10.7 and then advised to upgrade to 10.8 and again some troubleshooting and recommendations to install the cert but this is still not working.

Change to
introscope.webview.enterprisemanager.rest.base=http://xxxx:8081/apm/appmap
Also reset back to original settings on EM and Webview.
