OPSMAIN is abending with code S0C4 at startup after the upgrade from release 13.0 to 14.0.

Cause

This problem was caused by the presence of an OPS 13.0 load library in the LNKLST. Although the OPS started tasks had STEPLIB pointed to the OPS 14.0 load library a 13.0 module may be referenced if present in the LNKLST

Resolution

Remove the OPS 13.0 (or any release older than 14.0) from LNKLST and restart OPSMAIN
