SAP Agent cannot trigger a BW Chain - Job could not be released

Issue/Introduction

An issue to start certain BW chain with Automic, error is is following:

U02004081 Error in function 'RSPC_API_CHAIN_START': 'Job could not be released. Probably an authorization issue', Type: 'E', ID:'RSAR', number: '051'
U02004007 Error 'FAILED' in 'RSPC_API_CHAIN_START' call.
             FAILED

Environment

Release : 12.3.x, 21.x

Component: Automic Workload Automation

Sub-Component: SAP Agent

Cause

Authorization issue on SAP side

Resolution

On Automic side there is no possibility to trace such authorization issue.

On SAP side the Authorization Admin should check:

- SM21 log

- /nst22 log where the dump calls are
