The license upload on Endpoint Detection and Response success but shows invalid details

Issue/Introduction

Endpoint Detection and Response(SEDR) has a license installed with expiry of 2024. While uploading the new license with expiry of 2023. It get uploaded successfully. But date still shows 2024 in the EDR UI, license doesn't get overwritten.

Environment

SEDR : 4.7.1

Cause

License got corrupted and need manual removal.

Resolution

Contact the Broadcom Technical Support for further assistance.
