Migration Failed after upgrading Symantec Encryption Management Server (PGP Server)

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading Symantec Encryption Management Server (PGP Server) the following error appears on the Updates card:

"Migration Failed
The last migration failed. Please check the log for details.
Download update error log file and schema comparison report"

 

Resolution

This error occurs due to the migration not completing successfully.  If you have run into this, please reach out to Symantec Encryption Support for further guidance.
