Not able to enable property in bundle APIM OS & DB Metrics

Issue/Introduction

The bundle "APIM OS & DB Metrics" has an override configuration for APMIA which is needed for communications with Layer 7 API Gateway. 
If we try to enable these properties in bundle "APIM OS & DB Metrics": 
introscope.epagent.config.httpServerPort
introscope.epagent.config.networkDataPort

We can enable introscope.epagent.config.networkDataPort, but we cannot enable introscope.epagent.config.httpServerPort, and it gives ACC error EA0400

EA0400:
apim,apmia: duplicate property: introscope.epagent.config.httpServerPort;

Environment

Release : 22.1

Resolution

If you check the core bundle "CA APM Infrastructure Agent", the property "introscope.epagent.config.httpServerPort" is already enabled.

Also, the agent and bundle work fine if you configure this property after downloading and installing the agent.
