Z/OS job Error :U02005046 It was not possible to start job XXX. Invalid User ID 'UC4USER'!

Issue/Introduction

New Z/OS Agent installation. When starting any job of type AE, AWA immediately reports "U02005046 It was not possible to start job LCC.TEST.OS390_TYP2.JOBS. Invalid User ID 'UC4USER'!"

 

Environment

Release : 21.0.4

Resolution

In agent ini file , set askracf = 1 or askracf = 0 and test the job .  Also check agent variable section in below mentioned link.
