Issue/Introduction
The Db2 catalog tablespaces and indexes are defined with ERASE NO. When generating the script to create the shadow tablespaces and indexes Database Management for Db2 for z/OS Alternate Catalog Mapping (ACM), why are the shadow objects created with ERASE YES?
Resolution
This is by design to avoid orphaned Db2 datasets. ERASE YES ensures the datasets are erased when the objects are dropped.
