On blocked page the "more" botton in not working

Issue/Introduction

On block page when clicked on "more" to view details, We see that information is missing.

Environment

WSS Agent 

Cause

We see HAR file that notify.bluecoat.com is getting 404 response. 
notify.bluecoat.com resolves to IP 34.117.186.24

It was noticed IP for notify.bluecoat.com was in bypass list.

Resolution

Make sure, that  notify.bluecoat.com and its resolved IPs are not in bypass list.
