Error Message PP436E Invalid values, valid values are Y, S, N or blank (Yes, Stored or No) when generating a Batch Column Dependency Report with an extended query in Plan Analyzer

Issue/Introduction

When selecting Plan Analyzer for Db2 for z/OS (PPA) Option 9) Object Reporting from the product main menu which generates a column dependency report in batch
that uses an extended query, the report is failing with the following message:

PP436E: Invalid values, valid values are Y, S, N or blank (Yes, Stored or No).

This message indicates that an invalid EQF action code was specified. Valid values are as follows:

1. Y - Add a new query or edit an existing query.
2. S - Select a query for execution.
3. N - Do not execute EQF.
4. Blank - Do not execute EQF.

Resolution

This report was executed in batch with an extended query. Therefore the valid EQF action code that must be used is S(Stored), followed by the name of the extended query.
