After upgrading Windows OS from Windows 2012 to Windows 2016, unable to start SDM service
No error written to SDM STDLOG, but the Windows event viewer has a system error saying "CA Service Desk Manager Service is not a valid Win32 application"
CA Service Desk Manager 17.3 and 17.4
Run pdm_configure as system administrator to reset the user rights and privileges and reset the SDM registration to the Windows OS.
