Not able to login UIM OC Console with AD acct when LDAP Channel Binding/Signing is enabled

  This is tentative and has not been fully tested as of 30 Jan 2023.

In the hub probe, Settings button.

LDAP Settings:

You must use https and the fqdn of the ldap server.
Use SSL must be enabled.
