In Identity Portal, Minimum Attribute error While Exporting the Certification Campaign

Issue/Introduction

While Exporting the campaign in Identity Portal it is giving the below error:

17:44:56,694 ERROR [com.idmlogic.sigma.workers.utils.ExceptionsHelper] (http-/10.109.217.231:80-5) : ErrorCode: 0, ErrorFamily: GENERAL, Message: com.idmlogic.sigma.backend.exceptions.BackendException: Failed to generate the Excel Spreadsheet... Merged region M3 must contain 2 or more cells

 

 

Environment

Release : 14.4.1

Cause

The report is configured to have at least 2 attributes to display.

Resolution

Upgrade to 14.4.2
