Management Center failed to upgrade due to the image download getting denied.

Issue/Introduction

When trying to upgrade the Management Center.

Error shown on the CLI is "Image download is denied".

When running the CLI - "#show licenses", it shows an error.

Cause

The Management Center does not have a valid license.

Resolution

Update the Management Center license either through manual update or through direct update.

Manual update - download the license from the portal, copy the content and paste it when running this command - "(config)# licensing inline".

Direct update - make sure the Management Center have access to the internet either direct to through a proxy and then run this command - "(config)# licensing load username [email protected] password helloworld".
