Have a question about ASM:

Can end user do NTP configuration? 

(The Network Time Protocol is a networking protocol for clock synchronization between computer systems over packet-switched, variable-latency data networks.)

Answer:

The only time you would need it with ASM is on your OPMS.  For regular usage of ASM, there is nothing handled by the user.  That would be done in the backend
