Problems With SAP R3 Connector disconnecting from JCS

The SAP R3 connector, after a while we lost the connection with SAP and after restart the connector server the connection is reestablished. We receive this message in Provisioning Manager: ETA_E_0020<RAC>, SAP R3 Account 'account name'  on 'SAP Endpoint Name' read failed: Connector Server Read failed: Timed out (ldaps://host:20411)

In the SAP Connetor logs we cannot see anything happening (log 'Sap Connector Endpoint Name'.log.

The provisioning server and jcs are in a vapp and the remote connector server is in windows server. 


Release : 14.3 CP3


No errors showing in JCS logs even in DEBUG.
But working with SAP Admins found that in SAP System Logs are receiving the error:

system logs from SAP shows this error indicating a issue in Network of SAP

Connection Error CPIC return code 020, SAP return code 223.

This is a known sap issue commented in SAP Article:

SAP Team had to restart the SAP services.

This is a SAP issue not in IGA
