On 16.1.0 with working multicast / JDBC Ping "No registered services found." in All Services in CSA

Issue/Introduction

After upgrade / new install on 16.1.0, the services are no longer available to start /stop/ manage in CSA - All Services via Autodiscovery

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Install Clarity 16.1.0 on an environment with working multicast or JDBC Ping.
  2. Deploy and start the services
  3. Connect to CSA - note everything looks good and server is available
  4. Now go to All Services

Expected Results: To see services such as APP, BG in there

Actual Results: "No registered services found."

Release : 16.1.0

Resolution

Workaround:

  1. Go to CSA - Servers
  2. Select Switch to use the Hosts file

This is DE68283, resolved in 16.1.1.

Note: You may possibly need to remove and reenable JDBC Ping after upgrade. Multicast should start working immediately after upgrade
