Rally Adapter for Jira - RAJ - The IP address successfully loads the Data Explorer on Chrome, but the hostname doesn't load in Chrome

Issue/Introduction

 

The https://<hostname>  URL successfully loads the Data Explorer in Chrome and MS Edge browsers.

 

However, when I try to access the dashboard app (port 8800), 

if I use https://<hostname>:8800, Chrome fails to load, but MS Edge browser loads successfully
but, https://<ip address>:8800 loads the dashboard app from either Chrome or MS Edge

Resolution

Clearing all the cache in the browser worked and Incognito mode worked too.
