How to determine when a service or process is hung using ntservices probe.

NTServices probe v3.4
Cause
limitation with probe
Resolution
UIM and ntservices probe have no way to know when a process or service is hung.
This would be a feature request.
As of 27 Jan 2023, this is the process to open a feature request for UIM.
