Sample JCL to convert user exit TPXUSIST and TPXUSNSF to usermods for TPX  (See attachments for example): 

1 - USERMOD - TPXUSIST APPLY in SMPe
2 - USERMOD - TPXUSNSF APPLY in SMPe
3 - USERMOD+Sample JCLs to RECEIVE_APPLY_RESTORE
