SYSVIEW(RACF) - access issue for PTFS command

Issue/Introduction

SYSVIEW runs on a system with RACF as External Security Manager. How to set up access for a certain user for only one PTFS command. After the implementation of RACF definitions according to the SYSVIEW doc user still can't access the PTFS command screen and get the below error message.

SECU005E uderid not authorized for PTFS command

Environment

Release : 16.0, 17.0

Cause

Missing access for SV.RESN.** entity. 

Resolution

The affected userid need to have READ access to SV.RESN.** entity since MENU ADMIN requires READ access and the PTFS command resides under the MENU ADMIN.
