Investment 'Default Resource OBS' field is not showing values in pulldown in filter

Issue/Introduction

Filtering on the investment field 'Default Resource OBS Unit' does not show any results on various investment objects.

It should be a pull-down, lookup type filter, but no items are available to choose.

Typing in a value does not work either.
