Facing error while installing the latest patch " Creation of CDB failed"

Issue/Introduction

Hi Team,

We are facing error while installing the latest patch (IT.Service.Management_Patch.Windows_17_3_0.18-build.2022110302).

 

 

Environment

Release : 17.3

Cause

SQL server port number where changed from 1433 to 1435 after installation of application. 

Resolution

# Updated port and dbhosname values at Registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\CA\Shared\ITAM .

#  Updated mdb.database.port for itsm in al_cdb_configurationparameters table.
