Issue/Introduction

Difference between DevTest Functional and Performance entitlements (Licensing).

All supported DevTest releases and platforms.

Resolution

As far as licensing, we use the word Entitlement when talking about what a customer has a right to use. 

There is no difference in license files.  

Functional Entitlement is measured in transaction packs and a functional VSE is limited to 10 Transactions Per Second (TPS).

Performance Entitlement can have as many TPS as a customer can achieve and no limitation number of transactions and is measured in numbers of copies.
