Issue/Introduction

We updated a user ID in Rally and in our IDP, and it is appropriately configured as his login name. However, user authentication is still failing.

Cause

The user ID needs to be updated at the OKTA end to have seamless authentication to Rally.

Resolution

Only for SSO users:
Please create a support case for the Rally support team to update the USER account in Broadcom OKTA end whenever a user name is changed at the IDP end and the Rally.

NoteThe Rally user ID must match the ID defined in the IDP.
