VNA upgrade to 22.2 fails due to non-default path

Issue/Introduction

Upgrading to Virtual Network Assurance for PM fails; unable to start Wildfly

 

 

Environment

VNA for Performance Management 22.2

Cause

The customer has a non-default path for the VNA installation

The installer does not handle this properly, in the "Migrating Infinispan caches" section 

Resolution

1. Edit the /etc/systemd/system/wildfly.service

Change ExecStart = /opt/CA/Wildfly/bin/launch.sh 

to /opt/Wildfly/bin/launch.sh

 

2. Rerun the VNA upgrade

This issue is being addressed in DE556590
